Cancelling an Order
Need to cancel? Here's exactly how it works and what any fees look like. Because our ovens and booths are built to order, the fee depends on how far along your build is.
When you cancel matters
Orders are processed in the order they're received, with the earliest orders taking priority. The sooner you let us know, the less — or nothing — you'll pay.
Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
After the first 24 hours but before we've started building, a 5% fee covers order processing and scheduling.
Once your unit is in production, a fee of up to 25% applies to cover the materials and labor already committed to your build.
Already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. It then falls under our Return Policy: ovens and spray booths can be returned within 10 business days of delivery with a restocking fee of at least 25%, and the buyer arranges and pays return freight.
