Returns & Refunds
Ovens and spray booths ship as oversized freight — whether in-stock or built to order — so please read this before you buy. Here's exactly how returns, refunds, and damage claims work.
Oven & spray booth returns
Both our in-stock and built-to-order ovens and spray booths may be returned within 10 business days of delivery. A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, and the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying return freight. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Items must come back unused and in the same condition they shipped in. If a unit is returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us, we may reduce or decline the refund to cover the loss.
All other items
Non-oven/spray booth items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ship it back tracked
You're responsible for return shipping. For anything valuable, use a trackable or insured service — we can't guarantee we'll receive an untracked return.
We inspect & refund
Once we receive and approve the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method.
