The LABS-5166 Spray Booth Tackles Your Longest Finishing Jobs
When your parts stretch the tape measure, the LABS-5166 spray booth answers with a 5' x 16' x 6' footprint and an exceptionally deep 45" W x 209" D x 72" T interior. This Illinois-built paint booth is made to give long extrusions, rails, and oversized fabrications the room they need to be sprayed properly end to end. Eight 20" exhaust fans moving roughly 24,000 CFM between them generate the airflow to keep stray powder under control across that entire length, protecting both your finish and the air your operator breathes. It ships in two sections that latch together at the center, so it comes in on two pallets rather than one oversized piece.
Serious Airflow, Smart Filtration
Eight exhaust fans make the LABS-5166 powder coating booth a workhorse for high-capture finishing over a large volume. Eight washable 24" MERV 8 filters rinse clean and return to service, while eight disposable 24" MERV 12 filters back them up to trap the fine overspray. Bright LED lighting keeps even the far end of a long part clearly lit, and the reinforced hanging rack gives hooks and heavy objects a dependable place to hang throughout the job.
