Handle Twelve-Foot Work in the LABS-5126 Powder Coating Oven
Railings, bed frames, fencing, and long fabrications finally have a home. The LABS-5126 curing oven stretches to a full 5' x 12' x 6', so oversized parts cure in one pass instead of being coated in awkward sections. Designed in the USA and assembled in our Morrisonville, Illinois shop from U.S. and imported parts, with G90 galvanized steel that shrugs off rust, it welcomes rolling carts across its flat floor and maintains the even, held temperature that a flawless powder coat or Cerakote cure requires.
Built for the Big Jobs
This is the oven that lets you say yes to the long, heavy work other shops turn away. Run full batches or feed a continuous process — the LABS-5126 keeps heat locked in so every inch of a lengthy part cures uniformly.
- ✓ Twelve-foot interior length — cure long railings and frames in a single, unbroken pass
- ✓ G90 galvanized shell — rust-resistant, Illinois-built material for a long service life
- ✓ Flat drive-in floor — roll loaded carts in and out with heavy parts already staged
- ✓ Customizable features — specify a blower fan, oven light, or Rockwool insulation

What Owners Say
See how many parts fit in one batch
Pick an oven and a part. We'll hang a full batch on the ceiling rails or a rolling rack so you can spin it around, then add upgrades like a blower fan or window to see exactly where they go.
Insulation, warranty and lead-time options don't change how the oven looks, so they aren't shown here.
Spacing rules
Estimates assume parts hang on wire or hooks from the ceiling rails or the bars of a rolling rack (the 8′ × 8′ ovens take a rack only) with the spacing above. The rack shown is a generic one sized to the oven. Part weight isn't checked, so ask us before loading heavy parts. Prices are current base and upgrade prices; freight is quoted at checkout.
