The LABS-1067-OF open-face spray booth opens up a full 10' x 6' x 7' footprint — 112" W x 65" D x 84" T of clean working space — so oversized frames, panels and assemblies load in without a fight. Designed in the USA and assembled in our Morrisonville, Illinois shop from U.S. and imported parts, this powder coating booth surrounds you with a bright, controlled environment engineered to keep your work area safe, hygienic and productive shift after shift.
Four Circulators Pulling Overspray Away From You
Stray powder never gets the chance to settle. Four 20" exhaust fans moving roughly 12,000 CFM between them draw overspray straight into the filter wall, where four washable 24" MERV 8 filters and four disposable 24" MERV 12 filters team up to keep your air clean. Prefer an enclosed setup? You can customize this booth open or fully enclosed and adjust dimensions to fit the exact parts you finish.
