The LABS-586 Spray Booth Keeps Overspray Out of Your Air and Off Your Parts
The LABS-586 spray booth gives you a 5' x 8' x 6' finishing station with a true inside working space of 45" W x 96" D x 72" T — room to hang, spray, and move around your work. Designed in the USA and assembled in our Morrisonville, Illinois shop from U.S. and imported parts, this paint booth is engineered to keep conditions safe and clean for whoever is behind the gun. Four 20" exhaust fans moving roughly 12,000 CFM between them pull stray powder away from your breathing zone and your finish, so what lands on the part is exactly what you sprayed and nothing settles where it shouldn't.
Powerful Capture, Lower Maintenance
This powder coating booth is built to save you money over its life. Four washable 24" MERV 8 filters rinse clean and go right back in, again and again, while four disposable 24" MERV 12 filters back them up to trap the fine overspray. Bright LED lighting reveals every detail so you catch thin spots before they become rework, and a large reinforced hanging rack holds hooks and parts securely while you work.
