Shipping Policy
Ovens and spray booths ship as oversized freight. Please review how delivery and damage inspection work before you order.
Freight & delivery
Orders ship upright by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Because of their size and weight, a forklift, loading dock, or lift gate service is required to unload from the delivery truck. Freight cost varies by distance, delivery address, and whether lift gate service is needed, and is calculated at checkout. For full delivery options, see our Shipping & Freight page.
Freight shipment — damage
Carefully inspect your product for damage before signing the bill of lading. While the truck driver is present, open the protective wrapping and visually inspect the unit for any scratches or dents. If it is damaged in any way, you MUST point this out to the driver and have it noted on the bill of lading so that it's on record for all parties involved before you sign. Documenting damage at the time of delivery is essential. Light Armor is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit and upon delivery.
Will-call / pickup — damage
Once products are inspected and picked up by the customer, or a party acting on behalf of the customer, the customer accepts any and all damage that may arise during transit or transportation.
