The 3x3x6 spray booth has been a game changer for my small shop. I went with the cardboard shipping option to save a bit, which did result in some minor freight damage — but Light Armor made it easy to file a claim and get partial reimbursement. I’d choose the crated option next time for peace of mind.
I grounded the booth using an external ground rod and magnetic clamp, which works great for my flexible shop layout. The booth’s fan and lighting are controlled with a single switch, and the visibility and airflow during spraying are excellent. I spray one part at a time and transfer it to a cart, which helps keep powder off surfaces that go into the oven.
Mounted mine on casters for mobility, and it's been great in a tight space. The fan and filter work well, though a second lower-stage filter would help catch the powder that settles to the floor. I clean the filter every couple of uses and swap it out every 4–6 sessions.
Overall, this booth is a huge upgrade from my previous setup, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone powder coating small parts at home or in a compact workspace.

Could be some upgrades on this. For 1, there is no bottom on this, so when you spray your powder, if can fall to the floor and if you don't have anything down, it gets all over YOUR floor. Secondly, for this amount of money, you surely could figure out a way to secure the filter better. I assume it just hangs on the 4 screws in the back and some powder will slip between the wall and filter and get sucked out. You should be able to at least put some angle iron around to secure the filter better. I did put duct tape around it to keep that from happening.
