The LABS-4127 Cures Long Parts Other Ovens Can't Fit
Bumpers, railings, ladders, long extrusions — if your work runs long, the LABS-4127 was built for you. Its deep 4' x 12' x 7' chamber gives you a full twelve feet of curing length, so oversized parts go in whole instead of getting split across passes. Designed in the USA and assembled in our Morrisonville, Illinois shop from U.S. and imported parts, with G90 galvanized material, this curing oven resists rust and delivers the steady, uniform heat that powder coating and Cerakote finishes demand.
A Curing Oven That Keeps Your Finish Consistent
Heat, hold, and cool — the LABS-4127 maintains temperature through the full cure cycle to trigger the chemical reaction your coating relies on. Its flat floor makes rolling long, loaded carts in and out simple, whether you batch load or run continuously.
- ✓ 12-foot curing depth — handle long parts in one piece without awkward repositioning
- ✓ Rust-resistant G90 galvanized steel — Illinois-built durability that holds up job after job
- ✓ Flat floor for long carts — roll extended loads straight through with no lifting
- ✓ Customizable and versatile — add a blower fan, oven light, or Rockwool insulation for batch or continuous work

What Owners Say
See how many parts fit in one batch
Pick an oven and a part. We'll hang a full batch on the ceiling rails or a rolling rack so you can spin it around, then add upgrades like a blower fan or window to see exactly where they go.
Insulation, warranty and lead-time options don't change how the oven looks, so they aren't shown here.
Spacing rules
Estimates assume parts hang on wire or hooks from the ceiling rails or the bars of a rolling rack (the 8′ × 8′ ovens take a rack only) with the spacing above. The rack shown is a generic one sized to the oven. Part weight isn't checked, so ask us before loading heavy parts. Prices are current base and upgrade prices; freight is quoted at checkout.
