Reaching a maximum of 500°F, the LA7500SB handles powder coating, Cerakote, epoxy resin, carbon fiber, polymers, plastic composites, rubber, adhesives, and thermoplastics with even heat distribution from top to bottom.
Designed in the USA and assembled in our Morrisonville, Illinois shop from U.S. and imported parts, with galvanized steel construction, the LA7500SB resists rust and shrugs off the tough conditions of a working shop. Accurate temperature control and steady heat maintenance produce consistent, even results across every finished part, while a fast cooling rate keeps your line moving toward the next load.
Pick an oven and a part. We'll hang a full batch on the ceiling rails or a rolling rack so you can spin it around, then add upgrades like a blower fan or window to see exactly where they go.

Estimates assume parts hang on wire or hooks from the ceiling rails or the bars of a rolling rack (the 8′ × 8′ ovens take a rack only) with the spacing above. We just purchased the 3x3x6 oven and are impressed so far. The oven showed up much faster than expected, which helped us stay on schedule getting our shop set up!
One thing we really appreciated was that it came with the correct plug and receptacle needed for wiring which made the install simple and saved us extra time and hassle trying to source parts ourselves or run gas.
The size is perfect for most of the accessories and smaller parts we coat on a daily basis. It heats evenly, gets up to temp quickly, and feels very well built for the price point. For anyone looking for a quality oven without taking up a massive amount of shop space, this setup is hard to beat.
Overall, very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Light Armor to anyone getting into powder coating or adding another oven to their shop.
My 7500SB came in with great timing! Once I had an electrician come and wire up the shop the rest was a breeze! The oven has a spacious interior with great hanging racks! The controller is easy and quick to operate for fast production time as well as fast heat up times for efficiency in the shop! Was very happy with the purchase and cant wait to order a Light Armor booth to supplement the oven. Having both should make work quick and flawless with this great equipment!

The oven is very well built, comes up to temp very, very quickly and is extremely well insulated There was damage to the fan motor during shipping and it was replaced in a couple of days with no arguments, or extra costs. Overall this is one went well beyond my expectations and was a pleasurable purchasing experience.

We needed to add capacity to our wheel repair powder coating business and found Light Armor Ovens. After many phone calls with Gordon, we decided to give it a try.
