Once your order is picked up by freight, we email you tracking information so that you can follow your shipment in transit. Freight carriers will have your name and number in case they need to contact you ahead of delivering. All freight that's shipped out is covered by insurance; in the case that your shipment is damaged, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upgrade to our thicker, higher-performance silicone door seal for a tighter seal and better heat retention during cure cycles. This improved seal comes standard on all oven orders placed after 6/1/2025 and is offered here for customers who ordered before that date and want to upgrade. A simple improvement that helps hold temperature more evenly and reduce heat loss around the door.Â
